Expedition was my primary concern since ceramic seems to me a fragile material. Good news, the Cloche arrived very well packed... no scratch at all. Thanks for taking such care for your customers. I baked my first bread using the recipe in the user's manual. It gave the most beautiful, crusty and tasty bread I've ever made. Everything was so easy and so good... a down to earth answer to the problem of steaming a simple electric oven for bread baking. I expect the same results for my further bread recipes since I'm for a no fuss approach in kitchen management. A very kitchen smart bakeware for beginners and pros.
