Returns and Exchanges

Kitchensmart is confident that you will be pleased with your order. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please let us know at mail@kitchensmart.ca or call 1.877.816.3513 to attain a return authorization.

Please note: There is no return or exchange during Black Friday & Boxing Week promotions. Orders purchased previously can not be price matched during these times. This applies November 23-30 & December 26-January 2.

We offer a 60 day exchange or store credit on all orders. At this moment we do not offer refunds on any order. You must provide the original bill of sale. Any products exchanged must be unused, unopened, in original condition.

If the exchange is for an incorrect item shipped, Kitchensmart will cover the full shipping coverage for the return and reshipment of all items. For all other exchanges, the customer must pay for return and reshipment of all items.

For any delivery that arrives damaged, you must inform Kitchensmart within 2 business days of receiving the product. Please email us at mail@kitchensmart.ca with your order number, a description of the damaged item, and an image of the damaged item.

To report a damage, please call us at 1.877.816.3513 or email us at mail@kitchensmart.ca. We will immediately open a claim for any damages and provide the best solution available.

Exchanges or replacements of any product will be processed within 2 business days of Kitchensmart receiving it.

For order cancellations, we will only accept orders being cancelled that have not been shipped out. To cancel, please contact us at 1.877.816.3513 or mail@kitchensmart.ca. Please provide Kitchensmart with your order number. If the item has already been shipped, Kitchensmart cannot cancel an order.
