My gosh this kettle is so beautiful its like a piece of art in my newly updated kitchen lol! The kettle is very sturdy and solid and I am so thrilled that mine came with the silver knob instead of the black knob. The color meringue is beyond beautiful!!!! Le Creuset Cast Iron 5 QT (4.7L) Braiser

I do like the quality of these pans and their non stick properties. They are very fragile though and the coating is already showing signs of wear, although I've only used wooden or silicone utensils. There is one major design flaw: the lip under the lid lets water and food particles in and it's almost impossible to clean. I use a knife and paper towel, but it's not perfect and it's obvious that there will be some buildup in the long run.
