The 7 multi-layer of both stainless steel and aluminum provides quick and even heat distribution along with sturdy stay cool handles on each side secured with stainless rivets for more secured maneuverability and comfort. The deep walls of the D7 slow cooker work well to reduce liquid evaporation to lock in flavours. A perfect choice for creating stews, sauces or simmering recipes.
